Concerned terms and conditions are specified in each purchase order and purchase agreement of CTLS.

B. 1. With regard to manufacturing
a. Is committed to being a pioneer in the general aviation industry with complete qualifications and safe products. (Existing TC and PC, ASTM, welding, mechanical management, and engine maintenance qualifications of the Xiamen Plant can be described here.)
b. Aims to become a bridge between two sides of the Taiwan strait in the general aviation industry to create some exchange channels for the market with little legal business. What about the warranty policy of AeroJones Aviation (e.g., free warranty for how many years/hours after delivery, preferably with a clear warranty policy document)?
A. We provide a 1-year warranty after delivery, but the warranty of the engine and avionics will be determined according to the relevant policies of the original manufacturers. AeroJones Aviation basically provides a 1-year warranty. The details will be stated in the purchase agreement.
B. Warranty of the engine is subject to the relevant policies of the original manufacturer.
C. Warranty of the avionics is subject to the relevant policies of the original manufacturer.

Except for the outsourced components, including engine, avionics, and other parts of which the warranty should be provided by other manufacturers and consumables, the warranty period for a CTLS is 12 months (as of the date of delivery) in accordance with the following conditions:
The customer is obliged to provide a written explanation of the defect within 7 working days after delivery or discovery of the defect and any defect found more than12 months after delivery will not be covered by the warranty. Any malfunction must be immediately reported to AeroJones Aviation in writing so that AeroJones Aviation can judge whether it is caused by improper operation, etc. based on its know-how, and all claims and liabilities are limited to direct damage to the aircraft.
For Engine ROTAX, the manufacturer provides a warranty period for 200 hours of operation or 18 months, whichever comes first. AeroJones Aviation will assist the customer in the relevant procedures for the warranty.
How can I obtain all the technical manuals (in terms of maintenance and flight) of the CTLS? Can they be downloaded from any website (and is an account required or is it free)?
A. All manuals will be provided to the customers at the time of delivery or you may ask our service staff (aerojones@aerojones.com) to provide them, or I can provide them to you.
