New flagship Dynon SkyView HDX screens now approved for installation in AJCT aircraft

AeroJones has recently successfully tested new Dynon SkyView
SV-HDX1100 10” inches and SV-HDX800 7” inches screens and received approval from CAAC authority for HDX screens installation on AeroJones CTLS and AeroJones CTLSi aircraft models.

HDX screens have improved design, control ergonomics and upgraded touch interface in comparison with predecessors SV-D1000 / SV-D1000 Touch / SV-D700. In addition, AeroJones has improved engine data layout and issued new Pilot’s Operating Handbooks, which simplify aircraft operation.
SkyView HDX screens are compatible with all existing SkyView System components and electrical connectors can be easily plugged into new screens.

As an additional feature, optional SkyView Autopilot Level Button could be installed to the left panel together with HDX screens. Like most other Dynon Avionics panel units, Level Button is backlit and the degree of backlighting is controlled by the SkyView. Pressing the Level Button will engage the Autopilot level mode and is the faster solution equivalent to the pressing on the screen MAIN MENU > AUTOPILOT > LEVEL.
In addition to the Dynon SkyView HDX System, on the upper middle panel could be installed optional Garmin GPS AERA 660 (5” inches) or GPS AERA 760 (7” inches) using AirGizmos panel dock. AERA 660 / AERA 760 presents aviation maps with GNSS-derived position, navigation and hazard avoidance information to the pilot using a 5” (AERA 660) /
7” (AERA 760) display with a capacitive touch screen. The AERA 660 / AERA 760 has built in battery, so it can operate standalone. The panel dock allows easy attachment and removal of the unit. This way the unit can be taken to the computer for updates or used in other situations as for example in a car.
